The problem with the world is . . . Pride.The human problem is Pride. Sin, all sin, your sin, my sin, the sin of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, arises in one way or another from pride.
We cannot fix the pride of another
person. Pride is personal. We need to go to God's cupboard, pull out the Word of
God and eat the humble pie ourselves. We need to see ourselves as God sees us
and the only way for that to happen is to have our minds changed through the
renewing power of the Holy Spirit. We need to submit and seek Jesus more than
all our natural heart desires and all this world supposedly offers
us.
