Grace Times Ten

As Peter begins expresses his desire for the followers of Jesus to have grace and peace
multiplied in their lives. He knew that the commonality we have in our faith is one of three means of grace and peace being experienced in our lives.

So we see these three means of multiplied grace and peace in our lives are: our commonalities, focusing on God's grace and growing in faith. These are all interrelated.

As we grow in knowledge and faith we gain a greater appreciation of God's grace. The more we see ourselves as benefiting from God's grace the more we understand how much we have in common. The more we see our commonality the more we treat each other the way we should. All of these things work together in us so that we have multiplied in our lives the experience of grace and peace.

It is in this way that the grace of God works to cause us to praise Him for who He is and what He has done. 2 Peter 1:1-3
