Inside, Outside, or Upsidedown

What does it mean to be "outside" the Church? There is to be a clear distinction between those "inside" the church and those who are "outside the Church. For unbelievers (those "outside"the church) it is our job to share the gospel with them patiently and gently allowing God to work in their hearts.they know they are sinners, it is not our job to rub their noses in their sin.For Believers (those "inside" the church)we have a responsibility to identify and confront blatant sin. 1 Corinthians 5.
